Celebrating the 2025 PERMA Awards in Excellence Winners

PERMA is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 Awards in Excellence, recognizing outstanding dedication and innovative approaches to workplace safety and wellness among our members.

This year’s honorees exemplify the values and mission of PERMA through their proactive initiatives and ongoing commitment to creating safer, healthier work environments:

• Town of Ithaca – PERMA Chair Award
  Recognized for their sustained commitment to workplace safety and the continuous, positive impact of their programs and performance.
• Henrietta Fire District – Triple Threat Award
  Honored for their excellence in timely claims reporting, active participation in the Transitional Duty Program, and ongoing member engagement.
• Erie County Water Authority – Safety Champion Award
  Celebrated for their innovative efforts in risk reduction and outstanding leadership in fostering a strong culture of safety.

The awards were presented during our Annual Member Conference luncheon ceremony at the Turning Stone Resort Casino on May 15, where representatives from 114 PERMA member organizations, along with our professional and vendor partners, gathered to celebrate these achievements.
