Mary provides support to the Underwriters and Account Managers while assisting members and brokers with various membership inquiries. She directly communicates membership status with the NYS Workers’ Compensation Board and ensures proper documentation is recorded. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree and prior to joining PERMA in 2021 she worked as an Operations Manager for an independent financial advisor.
