Jordon is responsible for overseeing the Underwriting & Account Managers in the department. He collaborates closely with Underwriting & Account Managers on their roles with assigned brokers and members on renewal pricing, endorsements, contracts and team activities. He also liaises with PERMA’s internal departments to address member concerns and inquiries.

Jordon became a valued member of the PERMA Underwriting team in 2018. Before his association with PERMA, he held various roles at State Farm Insurance, primarily focusing on Personal Injury claims. Jordon holds several industry designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Workers’ Compensation Professional.
