John is responsible for the account management and underwriting of PERMA’s members. As the primary point of contact, he works closely with brokers and members on renewal pricing and collaborates with PERMA’s internal departments to address any member concerns or questions. He also facilitates new member orientations and member reorientation meetings.

John joined PERMA in 2008 as a Case Analyst in the Claims Department before joining the Member Services Department in 2014, where he worked as a Sr. Member Services Specialist until joining the Underwriting & Account Management Department. Formerly, John held positions with AIG in Latham, State Farm in Ballston Spa, and Investor’s Bank & Trust in Boston.
