PESH Training – Overview of Injury & Illness Recordkeeping Requirements (Erie County)

There will be 2 sessions held on this day:

• 1:30-2:30 p.m.
• 2:30- 3:30 p.m.

Join fellow PERMA Members as the Department of Labor presents on the requirements for recordkeeping. This session will focus on the following topics areas:

• PESH Form review: SH-900 (Injury & Illness Log), SH – 900.1 (Injury & Illness Summary), and SH- 900.2 (Injury & Illness Incident Report)
• Part 801: Recording and Reporting Public Employees Occupational Injuries & Illnesses
• SH 901: Instructions for Recording & Reporting
• The benefits, criteria, exceptions, days away,and privacy concerns with reporting
• Case scenarios and form examples
