Managers Conference – Syracuse

We invite all managers, administrators, and other senior staff to attend one of the PERMA Regional Managers Conferences this September. Intensive sessions led by our expert municipal human resources partner, Ronni Travers, will be supplemented by legal guidance from seasoned labor counsel. Attendees will leave prepared to tackle new State regulations mandating organizational anti-harassment policies and sexual harassment training for employees. Presenters will provide real-life examples that illustrate the perils and pitfalls of ignoring, or not preparing for, harassment in the workplace.
Attendance is FREE for PERMA members and breakfast and lunch will be provided. PERMA has reserved a small number of discounted rooms for attendees at the hotel the night of September 18.
