Rich serves as PERMA’s Deputy Executive Director for Operations. In his role, he supports the day-to-day operations of PERMA. Mr. Hayes has been working in the workers’ compensation field for over 20 years, joining the PERMA team in 2011. He earned his WCP (Workers’ Compensation Professional) designation in March 2013, as well as, holding an Associates in Risk Management (ARM) and Associates in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA). Rich graduated from the University of Buffalo with a B.S. in Management/Human Resources.
