Angela joined PERMA in 2021 as a School Safety and Risk Management Specialist.  Angela worked in public education for the past 28 years as a business education teacher, special education teacher, Director of Pupil Personnel Services, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, and Superintendent of Schools.  She is a New York State certified Business and Distributive Education teacher, Special Education teacher, Elementary teacher, and a School District Administrator. Angela earned her Doctorate in Educational Administration and Policy Studies from the State University of New York at Albany.
