Alicia is responsible for the account management and underwriting of PERMA’s members. As the primary point of contact, she works closely with brokers and members on renewal pricing and collaborates with PERMA’s internal departments to address any member concerns or questions. She also facilitates new member orientations and member reorientation meetings.

Alicia joined PERMA in March 2020 as a Member Services Representative before transitioning to the Underwriting and Account Management department in 2023. Prior to working at PERMA, Alicia spent six years as the Membership Coordinator for the Greenbush Area branch of the Capital District YMCA.
