In collaboration with the New York State Association of Chiefs of Police (NYSACOP), we are thrilled to continue a grant program to address our Public Safety PTSD awareness initiative. Our Officer Wellness Grant Program provides financial assistance to PERMA and NYSACOP members to obtain Cordico Shield, a customizable and confidential mobile wellness application for law enforcement officers.

This mobile app offers a range of self-assessments, updated videos and guides on over 60 behavioral health topics—all designed specifically for first responders. Additional information about Cordico Shield offerings can be found here.

PERMA will award a limited number of grants to reimburse awardees’ purchase of a first-year subscription to Cordico Shield.  The application deadline is November 9.

Both PERMA and NYSACOP membership are required to be eligible for this grant. Awardees must subscribe to Cordico Shield within 30 days of award notification from PERMA.
