DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Presented by: Matt Mead\, Partner\, Stockton\, Barker & Mead \nThis webinar will provide an overview of the recent changes to Workers’ Compensation Law\, in relation to claims for mental injury premised upon extraordinary work-related stress. Effective January 1\, 2025\, the recently signed bill S.6635/A.5745 expands mental stress claims to all workers not just emergency workers. It also removes the requirement that work-related stress claims must be caused by something greater than what would be expected for “similarly situated” employees.
